Fuel saving tips for sprinklers:
1. When the sprinkler is in motion, try to keep moving at a constant speed. Don't jump up and down when stepping on the accelerator. Don't change gears too frequently. Generally speaking, the sprinkler should use a high gear to drive as much as possible, and learn to listen. The sound of the engine of the sprinkler truck is used to shift gears, and the simple way to predict the engine of the sprinkler truck in advance is to lower the gear in advance before feeling the engine "shivering", and then shift to a high gear after the speed is increased to save fuel.
2. After starting the engine of the sprinkler in winter, it must be preheated before starting. Due to the low temperature in winter, whether to preheat the sprinkler first to achieve the purpose of saving fuel. The conclusion is of course yes. The fuel consumption of the sprinkler truck per 100 kilometers is very obvious through actual work. In general, the engine is warmed up for about two minutes before the sprinkler truck works in winter, and the water temperature of the engine water tank reaches 40 ℃ before driving, and the sprinkler truck is allowed to move forward at a constant speed for 2 kilometers. Accelerate left and right. Doing so can reduce the fuel consumption of the sprinkler, especially for the engine of the sprinkler to delay the service life, so as to achieve the purpose of saving fuel.
3. When the sprinkler starts, it must start from the resistance, slowly step on the accelerator pedal, and accelerate slowly. When the engine of the sprinkler reaches a certain speed, then gradually change the gear from the low-speed gear to the high-speed gear. This can reduce the heating time of the sprinkler engine and increase the fuel utilization rate of the sprinkler. If the sprinkler is just started with a large accelerator to increase the speed, it will not only be bad for the sprinkler engine, but also greatly increase the fuel consumption of the sprinkler.
Precautions for sprinkler operation:
1. Requirements for water sources When the sprinkler uses rivers and ponds as water sources, pay attention to the fact that all the ends of the suction pipes are submerged in the water. In order to avoid inhaling stones or more sediment and floating debris, the end of the suction pipe is generally equipped with a filter device, and it is strictly forbidden to remove the filter device when absorbing water. If the water source is shallow, it is necessary to dig the water absorption place deeper in advance to ensure that it does not contain debris and does not enter the air. Different sprinkler pumps have different requirements for water sources. The clean water pump requires no impurities in the water, and the turbid water pump requires no stones and excessive sediment in the water.
2. Add water diversion The centrifugal pump must add a certain amount of diversion water to the pump before each time it absorbs water, and the water inlet must be closed after adding water. When the self-priming pump is used for the first time, it needs to add water, and it is not necessary to add water later.
3. The water inlet pipe must be vacuumed. When the water inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum, the water can be sucked into the tank. The water inlet pipe system must be sealed and reliable, the hose must not be damaged, and the hard pipe must not have cracks, otherwise there will be air leakage, which will result in the situation that water cannot be absorbed.
4. Whether the sprinkler truck is parked and put in gear, whether it is before absorbing water or spraying water, the power take-off device must be put in gear when it is parked.
