1. The use and maintenance of the chassis and engine parts of the compressed garbage truck need to be carried out according to the provisions of the original manual of the chassis vehicle due to the different chassis and engine models.
2. During the break-in period, the newly purchased compressed garbage truck has a mileage of 1500-2500km and within 900 times of lifting the box (push plate) for unloading. If the load is too full, the vehicle will be loaded with garbage, and the engine should not slam on the accelerator when unloading.
3. After the oil cylinder of the compressed garbage truck has worked 300 times, all the hydraulic oil should be replaced. Unscrew the oil drain plug of the hydraulic oil tank, and then inject new oil from the upper oil filling hole, then start the engine, and test the operation of each oil cylinder twice to confirm that the operation is reliable.
4. The compressed garbage truck has many high-pressure oil pipes, including hard connection pipes and soft connection pipes. The soft connection pipes are regularly replaced every two years according to the normal period. However, if there are cracks, damage, shoulder expansion, etc. , should be replaced in time.
5. Always check whether there is leakage in the hydraulic system. If there is leakage, repair and replace the oil seal in time, and check whether the hydraulic oil is missing.
6. Clean the whole vehicle, the car box and the inner surface of the pressure filler in time every day after the garbage transfer operation, check the hydraulic oil stock frequently, regularly add lubricating oil to each moving part, and apply lubricating oil to the surface of each guide rail.
7. Regularly check and adjust the working pressure of the gear oil pump; check the filter element of the oil filter, remove the surface impurities or replace the filter element; replace the hydraulic oil regularly.
8. The lubricating oil adopts the grade of lithium-based grease for automobiles (GB5671-85), which can be injected from the nozzle with a grease gun until it is squeezed out of the gap.
