In recent years, with the development of the market and the progress of society, food safety has been paid more and more attention.
As the name suggests, refrigerated vehicles are added to refrigeration units and extended to refrigerated mobile vehicles, refrigerated warehouses are refrigerated warehouses that are used to cool goods to provide a low temperature environment, and warehouses that cannot be moved, serve as locations for handling or storage of goods.
The refrigerator is mainly used to maintain the temperature, that is, to maintain the temperature of the original items, such as the quilts we use to sell cold drinks, and then wrap the goods. When the source of external cooling (HOT) enters the human body through radiation, conduction, and convection, the refrigeration device is blown out from the cold air and taken away, and the insulating source enters the cargo.
This is also a misconception for many refrigerated truck owners, who have long believed that the temperature of the vehicle can be adjusted at will, which can backfire. The following points should be noted when using refrigerated trucks:
1. Before loading, it must be pre-cooled or preheated for about 1.5 hours. Since the vehicle is parked in the open air, the temperature of the car is usually in the external environment. The ambient temperature of the car will affect the delivery temperature of the goods, resulting in changes in the delivery quality of the goods. Therefore, the car must be pre-cooled to the necessary temperature before loading.
2. The refrigeration unit must be turned off when loading and unloading goods. Many people do not turn off the refrigeration unit when loading and unloading, which is a very wrong operation. The principle is that when the car is pre-cooled, if it is not turned off, when the car is turned on, the fan of the refrigerator evaporator is working, the front of the fan is positive pressure, and the back is negative pressure, so the cold air from above and the cold air below will quickly Hot air is drawn in, causing the temperature inside the car to rise rapidly; if the car is shut down, the cargo is reloaded, the air flow inside and outside the car stops, and the air pressure is consistent, so the transfer of outside air to the car is relatively slow.
3. When using a refrigerated truck, the floor of the compartment should be kept clean. Due to the action of the evaporator fan, air circulates inside the car, causing ground debris or mud to be sucked in by the evaporator fan. The long-term effect will cause a lot of magazines to enter the evaporator coil, which will affect the cooling effect of the refrigeration unit.
4. Proper packaging is essential to protect the goods. If the cargo is frozen, a different air pack should be used. Because the wind blows over the surface of the frozen goods, it will cause water loss of the goods, resulting in the deterioration of the quality of the goods.
5. Do not stack the goods too high when loading, and ensure that the height of the goods is not higher than the plane height of the exit. When loading, double-sided pallets must be used to ensure the circulation of cool air on the floor.
At present, in the cold chain logistics industry, the use of refrigerated trucks has gradually increased. Although the transportation cost has increased, the deterioration of damage has been greatly reduced. However, proper use of refrigerated trucks is crucial. Well, so much, I believe we have a better understanding of refrigerated trucks.
