Method for discharging sewage from vacuum pump suction truck :
After the separation of mud and water, open the drainage ball valve to discharge the sewage and repeat the suction of mud. It can also be pressurized for quick drainage. The operation is as follows:
1. Place the four-way valve in the "neutral" position due to the conversion lever, and then place the drainage ball valve in the "open" position to reliably discharge sewage by gravity.
2. If the four-way valve is switched to the drainage position and the vacuum pump continues to work, the compressed air and sewage flowing into the tank will be quickly discharged.
3. When draining under pressure, the discharge ball valve should be opened first before the four-way ball valve can be pulled to the discharge position to avoid excessive pressure inside the tank and accidents that may affect the sealing of the tank door.
Method for discharging sludge from vacuum pump suction truck :
1. Step on the clutch, turn the pneumatic directional valve to the open position, or push the power take-off control lever to operate the oil pump.
2. Open the tank door ball valve, discharge some sewage, and reduce the pressure inside the tank to connect with the atmosphere.
3. Release the can lock locking device, loosen the handle, and completely remove the screw.
4. Place the opening and closing lever of the manual reversing valve on the "open" position. Before opening, confirm that the pressure inside the tank is equal to atmospheric pressure. If the tank door is opened under negative pressure, it will damage the sealing ring and oil cylinder of the tank door.
