A powder material transport vehicle, also known as a bulk cement truck, consists of a dedicated vehicle chassis, a bulk cement truck tank body, a gas pipeline system, an automatic unloading device, and other parts. Suitable for the bulk transportation of dry materials with particle diameters not exceeding 0.1mm, such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, and granular alkali. Mainly used for cement plants, cement warehouses, and large construction sites, it can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor.

The structure of the tank body consists of a head, a variable cross-section tank body, and a main tank body. The upper and lower halves of the main tank body are semi-circular, connected by a straight section in the middle, and a variable cross-section transition is used at the connection with the head. The fluidization system structure is similar to a normal straight cylindrical tank body structure, and production is also relatively easy. The main tank body needs to be cut, welded, and rolled into shape. The variable cross-section tank body needs to be gas cut and rolled into shape. After docking with the main tank body and the variable cross-section tank body, it can be connected to the head. Generally, compared with the normal straight cylindrical tank body, its volume can increase by about 2-3 cubic meters.

Pipeline system
The working principle of the system is as follows: the working power is led out from the car gearbox, and the compressed air is driven by the transmission device to enter the air chamber through the control pipeline, causing the powder particles in the tank to fluidize. When the pressure reaches 0.196Mpa, open the discharge butterfly valve to achieve unloading.

operational principle
By using power to drive an air compressor, compressed air is sent through pipelines into the lower chamber of the sealed tank, causing the powder particles on the liquid bed in the chamber to suspend in a fluidized state. When the pressure inside the tank reaches the rated value, the discharge valve is opened, and the fluidized material is transported through the pipeline
