 The Isuzu 16 meter high-altitude work vehicle adopts a hydraulic three section folding arm, which adopts domestic and imported directional valves and hydraulic cylinders. The directional balance is flexible and convenient to operate, and the support legs are interlocked with the work arm to prevent accidental operation and over positioning. The Qingling Isuzu 16 meter high-altitude work vehicle is equipped with four hydraulic support legs to ensure the stability and safety of the entire vehicle during operation.  Power take-off device: composed of oil pump, power take-off, electrical control switch, and pneumatic solenoid valve. It is achieved by the on/off of the power take-off clutch electrical switch installed in the driver's cab of the car, which engages or separates the power take-off gear from the power take-off output gear in the car gearbox, thereby causing the oil pump to work or stop. (Note: When the car is driving, the power take-off teeth in the power take-off should detach and the oil pump should not work)

 Rotary mechanism: composed of hydraulic motor, gear reducer, rotary support, etc. Its working principle is: the hydraulic motor drives the reducer, and the small gear on the output shaft of the reducer rotates to push the slewing support, causing it to rotate.

 Hydraulic system: supplied by a quantitative pump, with a working pressure of 16Mpa and a flow rate of 25L/min. The working pressure is set by the relief valve (which has been adjusted by our company before leaving the factory). When the power take-off gear is engaged, it drives the main oil pump to operate, and the oil in the tank is output through the oil pump and reaches the leg operation valve. After the leg operation is completed, move the distribution handle to the upper carriage, and the hydraulic oil will switch from the leg oil circuit to the upper carriage. The upper carriage part can start working.

Operating system: Through this system, various functions can be converted. By manipulating the handle of the multi way directional valve, the telescopic support legs and working arm can rotate up and down. (When operating the multi way directional valve, a power take-off should be hung to drive the oil pump to work.)
