Mar 20th,2022 443 Views

The operation manual of Chengli asphalt distributor truck is simple to operate. After years of upgrading, it is now fully intelligent. Correct use of asphalt distributor and compliance with various operating procedures can give full play to the mechanical efficiency, keep the machinery in good condition, and improve the productivity and lower construction costs.

1. Preparation before asphalt distributor truck work

1. Check whether the steering, braking, electrical appliances and running gear of the car are working normally and reliably;

2. Check whether the engine lubricating oil, fuel oil and cooling water are sufficient and whether there is leakage;

3. Put the valves of the pipeline system in the closed position (especially the diesel cleaning valve and the flush valve must be closed);

4. Check whether the rear nozzle or hand nozzle and each nozzle are unblocked, and whether the asphalt pump can be rotated;

2. asphalt distributor truck Construction operation

1. Self-priming: pour hot asphalt or emulsified asphalt at room temperature into the asphalt tank of the sprayer: connect the self-priming pipe first, put the self-priming valve 2 and oil return valve 3 in the open position, and extend the self-priming pipe into the oil , start the car, turn on the main power switch of the front console, and set the "control position" to "rear". Controlled by the background, the "control valve" is pulled to the self-priming position, the power take-off is in gear, and then the asphalt pump switch is turned on to start oil suction. After filling enough asphalt, turn off the asphalt pump switch to stop self-priming, and then close the fuel filler cap tightly. Note: Asphalt can not be added too full to avoid overflow;

2. Insulation: If it is transported for a long time or the construction time is too long, a small circulation of heat transfer oil and heating and insulation functions should be used. Small circulation and heating and heat preservation: Turn on the heat transfer oil pump and put the oil valves 12 and 15 in the open position. At this time, the burner can be turned on for heat preservation. The specific operation is as follows: first open the oil inlet valve switch under the diesel tank, turn on the thermometer switch and the burner switch, and close the burner switch when the temperature displayed by the thermometer reaches the specified temperature. The thermometer switch can be turned on to monitor temperature changes until construction is completed;

3. Heating the asphalt pipeline: After the asphalt distributor drives to the work site, ignite the burner to heat the heat transfer oil, and turn on the heat transfer oil pump to circulate until the nozzle asphalt melts, then turn off the burner and the heat transfer oil pump. The temperature of the heat transfer oil is controlled at about 250°C.

4. Large cycle: After the asphalt spreader drives to the job site, it first performs a large cycle to make the asphalt pass through the entire pipeline to prepare for automatic spraying. The specific operations are as follows: first put the oil return valve 3 in the off position, turn on the main power supply of the front control, set the console switch to the automatic spray gear, turn on the oil inlet valve switch first, then turn on the asphalt pump switch to perform a large cycle, and turn off the asphalt pump switch. , the next step of automatic spraying can be performed at this time.

5. Automatic spraying: before automatic spraying, turn the controller switch to the automatic spraying position, and then adjust the input of the controller according to the spraying width, spraying amount and asphalt type (see the next section for the specific operation), and then turn on each spraying according to the spraying width. Small switch for the sprinkler. After disengaging the car clutch, starting the engine, the car transmission is in gear according to the recommended gear, and starts according to the requirements of the car to start. Then turn on the asphalt pump switch, turn on the main switch of the rear nozzle when it reaches the spraying site, and start spraying. Note: The car should be driven at a low speed in the recommended gear (recommended engine speed is 1200 rpm).

6. Instructions for use on the controller panel: Turn on the main power switch, press the asphalt type key, if the displayed spray amount and the number of nozzles do not match the needs. Press F2 to modify parameters. If the difference between the displayed spraying amount and the actual spraying amount is too large, press the F3 key to correct it. For the specific method, please refer to the "Automatic Controller User's Manual".

7. Spraying with a hand-held nozzle: "Control position" is placed in "rear". Controlled by the background, the switch is turned to the manual spray gear. Then open the oil return valve 7 and the hand injection valve 9, (note: the oil return valve 7 should not be fully opened, adjust the opening according to the pressure of the hand nozzle), then, the power take-off is in gear, first open the oil inlet valve switch, and then Turn on the asphalt pump switch to start spreading. If the pressure is too high, the knob on the rear console panel can be adjusted.

Filling with Asphalt

There are two methods for filling asphalt: external equipment filling and asphalt pump self-priming filling.

Method 1: Add asphalt to external equipment

After checking the sprinkler truck to confirm that there is no fault, drive the truck to the filling pipe, first put all the valves in the closed position, open the small cover of the filling port on the top of the tank (as shown in the figure below), put the filling pipe in, and start filling Asphalt, after refueling, close the small filler cap tightly. 1. Small filler cap 2. Large filler cap 3. Air vent

When adding asphalt to external equipment, pay attention to the following matters:

1. The asphalt can not be added too full, especially the hot asphalt, so as not to overflow;

2. The injected asphalt must meet the following temperature requirements, otherwise the heating time is too long, which is very detrimental to the equipment life and work efficiency. Ordinary heavy traffic road hot asphalt above 160 ℃:

SBS, SBR modified hot asphalt is above 185℃; SBS, SBR modified emulsified asphalt is between 65-85℃;

3. When the new car is used for the first time, the accumulated water in the tank must be cleaned up, otherwise it will be dangerous, and the amount of asphalt added must be less than 60%

4. After using emulsified asphalt, be sure to remove the remaining emulsified asphalt before adding hot asphalt.

Put it away, otherwise it will be dangerous.

5. Always check whether the ventilation holes are unobstructed.

Method 2: Self-priming and filling asphalt with the asphalt pump of the vehicle

Drive the spreader to the vicinity of the asphalt storage tank (within 5 meters), as shown in the above picture, open the pump inlet valve ⑥ → open the oil return valve ② → close the oil outlet valve ① → close the rear spray circulation valve ⑦, start the car engine, Put the power take-off in gear, turn on the asphalt pump switch, adjust the speed to the larger position, and control the engine speed at 2000 rpm. Open the small cap of the oil filler at the top of the tank (Figure 1), and observe whether there is asphalt flowing out of the oil return pipe. After the asphalt pump is running for 1-2 minutes, if there is no asphalt flowing out, stop it immediately, and check whether the self-priming pipe, valve, filter, etc. are blocked. and leaks. If the asphalt pump is stuck with asphalt and cannot rotate, the burner must be lit, and the asphalt pump must be heated with heat transfer oil. See the Asphalt Pump and Pipeline Heating section for methods.

The following matters should be paid attention to when the asphalt pump is self-priming and filling asphalt;

1. The connection of the self-priming hose must be tight, and the asphalt filter cover must be pressed tightly without leakage.

2. The liquid level of the asphalt storage tank must be higher than the center of the asphalt pump, and the distance should be less than 5 meters.

3. The idling time of the asphalt pump should not exceed 2 minutes.

3. Cleaning the asphalt distributor truck

1. Asphalt solidifies when the temperature is lowered, so the asphalt pump and pipeline must be cleaned when the sprayer is finished or the construction site is changed midway. The cleaning method is as follows:

2. Clean the asphalt pump: first check and close all the valves, open the asphalt filter cover, add diesel fuel, put the power take-off in gear, turn on the asphalt pump switch, run at low speed for 1-2 minutes, turn off the asphalt pump switch, and the asphalt pump is cleaned. Be sure to close the valve when finished.

3. High-pressure air diesel flushing nozzle: (Place the "control position" switch on the front console to "rear". Operated by the rear console, the control valve switch is set to "blow nozzle", turn on the main switch of the rear nozzle, first press ON "Air 10" switch, turn on the asphalt pump switch, run at low speed, then open valve 11, and then open the small switches of the nozzles one by one, so that a small amount of diesel can be flushed through the high-pressure air to flush the pipeline and nozzle, which can be flushed 2~3 times, and immediately close the valve 11. If only flushing the hand nozzle and rubber hose, set the console switch to the manual nozzle, open the hand nozzle valve 9 and valve 11, and flush 2 to 3 times. After flushing, all valves must be checked to ensure that they are all closed.
