3. Open the generator damper → open the starter lock‚ → close the damper → after the voltage is stabilized, open the relay switch, and the heat transfer oil pump behind will turn up.

 

4. When the set temperature is set to the desired temperature on the computer screen, turn on the burner, and then the burner will work within 20 seconds.

 

5. After heating up to the required temperature, turn off the burner, let the heat transfer oil pump circulate for 5-10 minutes, let the temperature of the heat transfer oil equalize, and then turn off the gasoline generator, and the spraying operation can be started.

 

6. Heating specification: temperature of emulsified asphalt (50℃-70℃), base asphalt (150℃-180℃), SBC modified asphalt (180℃-200℃).

When heating asphalt, pay attention to the following:

 

1. It is absolutely forbidden to use the burner and rotate the heat transfer oil pump when the sprayer is running.

2. After the burner is ignited, the operator is not allowed to leave the sprayer to prevent the burner from turning off by itself.

3. If the burner goes out by itself, it is not allowed to ignite immediately, and it must be stopped for 1 to 2 minutes.

4. Due to the low power of the burner of the sprayer, it can only be used for heat preservation and a small amount of use.

5. The allowable temperature of heat transfer oil is less than or equal to 250℃. Check whether the capacity of heat transfer oil is lacking every half month.

6. When the asphalt liquid level in the tank is lower than the combustion chamber, it cannot be used in general.
