The joint cleaning sewage suction truck manufactured and produced by Chengli Company, the first batch of export vehicles has settled in Townsville, Australia. This batch of vehicles has now entered the stage of commissioning and trial operation. After reaching target markets such as countries and regions in the Caribbean Sea, it is another major move to advance strongly into the sequence of developed countries.
The hcombined dredging vehicle produced by Chengli Environmental Protection Vehicle Professional Factory was commissioned and equipped in Townsville, Australia.
1. The volume of the sewage tank is 3.8 cubic meters, and it is made of high-quality steel plate of WISCO with a wall thickness of 5mm. The front part of the tank body adopts a turtle-back compression head (depth 35mm), and a strengthening plate is reasonably designed in the middle of the tank body.
2. The volume of the clean water tanks on both sides is 2 cubic meters, made of high-quality steel plates of WISCO, with a wall thickness of 4mm. (Can also be used as a water inlet)
3. The dirty tank and the clean water tank have intercommunication function. (Install the stainless steel filter in the middle)
4. The water inlet of the water tank is a ball valve type fire hydrant (convenient to switch and durable), with a fire interface and a pagoda-type handwashing valve.
5. The high-pressure pump adopts the German Pinfu 170L model, with a pressure of 24 MPa, with a maintenance-free stainless steel large-diameter filter (to prevent impurities from entering the high-pressure pump).
6. The sewage suction pump adopts Shandong SK-9 water circulation vacuum pump, which has high precision and large suction. (with rotary vane vacuum pump in northern cold regions)
7. An anti-overflow valve is installed on the top of the sewage tank, and a stainless steel filter screen is installed at the air inlet of the vacuum pump (to prevent dirt from entering the vacuum pump).
8. The vacuum pump is equipped with a drain valve, and the pump seat is designed to be more than 26 cm above the ground, with a high pass rate.
9. The rear high-pressure reel is fixed by triangular double bolts, which is stable and reliable. The reel is enlarged and thickened, and it is equipped with a shower (after the high-pressure pipe is operated and recovered, the high-pressure pipe can be flushed).
10. The two sides are tiled with patterned plate release platform, galvanized protective net, patterned anti-skid guardrail, beautiful and durable.
11. The operating systems are neatly arranged in the operation box, with operating instructions and precautions. (to prevent misoperation)
12. The high-pressure three-way valve and the sewage suction four-way valve are installed with shock-resistant pressure gauges with a diameter of 100, which can resist the vibration of the working environment and reduce the pulsation effect of the medium pressure, and accurately display the actual pressure.
13. Standard with a toolbox, a 100 sewage suction port, and a 150 sewage outlet (with ball valve afterburner)
