There are two main criteria for the quality of vacuum sewage suction vehicles and vacuum fecal suction vehicles. One is the quality of the chassis, which is controlled by the chassis manufacturers, including Dongfeng, Foton and so on. The second depends on the tank quality of the sewage suction truck and the fecal suction truck. The tank body of the sewage suction truck is generally made and installed by the sewage suction truck manufacturer. The quality is also controlled by the fecal suction truck manufacturer.

 

Manufacturing process and technical requirements of vacuum sewage suction truck and fecal suction truck tank

1. First calibrate the stamped and formed single components, and then assemble the points from one end in sequence.

 

2. Tooling sequence: upper wing plate → web plate → rear tank plug → front tank plug → middle partition plate → lower wing plate. The size of the spot welding seam is 50/200mm, and the arc crater should be filled at the tail of the spot welding to prevent micro-cracks.

 

3. After point fixing, firstly lap the upper wing plate and the web plate by the fillet weld, and then weld the production welds of the front and rear tank plugs, and finally weld the butt seam of the wing plate.

 

4. In order to control the deformation, the reverse welding method is adopted in the middle, that is, the two people operate the same, and the energy of the control line is the same.

 

5. The welding time should be unified and standardized, the welding sequence should be unified, and the welding speed should be unified, so as to effectively overcome the problem of excessive local deformation.

 

6. After the spot welding is completed, the whole tire is released. Before the tire is released, all the clamps should be loosened and the tank mouth should be fixed.

 

Integral welding of tank body of vacuum sewage suction truck and manure suction truck

 

 

Welding process parameters: welding power source BX-300, electrode selection E4303. Electrode diameter: φ3.2-4.0mm; welding current: 120-140A (10% reduction in vertical and overhead welding).

 

1. Welding the main body and the wing plate: Before welding, measure the balance of the tank body and level it with skids. In order to reduce the welding fumes in the tank after sealing and ensure the health and safety of the welders, it is necessary to arrange the order carefully from the process to reduce the amount of welding in the tank. The lower wing plate is lap weld according to the design requirements. In order to prevent the wave deformation and ensure the smooth transition of the lap fillet weld, the lower wing plate is spot welded from the back to the front. The two ends are spot-fixed, and then the web panels on both sides are spot-fixed, and the spot-fixed welding section is spot-welded in the tank. In order to make the welder smoke less dust, it is necessary to weld one piece one piece at a time, and then weld the longitudinal lap fillet weld after welding the lateral butt weld of the wing plate.

 

2. Welding sequence: first weld the transverse weld, then weld the longitudinal weld; first inside the tank, then outside the tank, and finally weld the accessories.

 

3. All welding seams adopt the two-person synchronous symmetrical welding method, and the welding speed is unified, so that the line energy can be basically controlled in the same way.

 

4. In order to prevent the wave deformation of the wing plate, after welding the inner welding seam of the tank body, weld the wing plate, and press the welding seam.

 

5. The size of the weld in the tank is: width 6-8mm, height 0.5-3mm, height difference ± 1mm.

 

 

6. The bottom of the tank is the final process, which is also prone to defects. In order to keep the six can feet on a horizontal line and ensure the accuracy of the shape and geometric dimensions, when welding the tank feet, the transverse welds under the can feet should be welded first, and then the longitudinal welds should be welded to achieve the purpose of ensuring the overall dimensions.

 

Finally, the tank bodies of vacuum sewage suction trucks and fecal suction trucks should be subjected to the overall shot peening process to eliminate weld stress and overall rust removal. Paint and topcoat are sprayed twice each and dried to avoid rusting of the tank during water transportation. In addition, the tank body of Dongfeng sewage suction truck and fecal suction truck can also be made of stainless steel material for long-term transportation of fresh milk or drinking water; the outer layer of the tank can also be equipped with an insulation layer for hot water transportation; Rust, anti-corrosion and non-toxic treatment, all vacuum sewage suction trucks and fecal suction trucks also have the function of transporting water.
