3. Sewage suction part: Install Yifeng 5T vacuum pump with oil-water separator.
4. Vacuum pump: The pump is the core part of vacuum suction and discharge in use. It draws the air in the sealed tank to a certain vacuum, forms a negative pressure in the tank, and automatically sucks various liquids such as manure, sewage, and oil below or above the ground into the tank. In addition, the sewage in the tank can be discharged by pressurizing the tank body.
5. Water-gas separator: The water-gas separator is an accessory of the oil pump vacuum pump, which separates water and gas to prevent gas from entering the pump and damaging the vacuum pump.
6. Oil-gas separator: The oil-gas separator is an accessory of the oil pump, used for vacuum pump lubrication, to separate the generated oil and gas, and the separated oil can be reused.
7. Sewage visual pipe: used to detect the sewage level in the tank.
8. Anti-overflow valve: installed on the top of the tank to prevent sewage from flowing into the vacuum pipeline and vacuum pump when the sewage tank is full.
9. Tank mouth: also known as manhole cover, you can enter the tank through the manhole cover to inspect and repair the interior. When entering the interior, make sure to operate under no pressure. The sediment in the tank is generally cleaned and dust suppressed every six months.
10.360° boom seat: The boom seat is located at the top of the container, connected to the manure suction hose in front and the siphon in the back. It can rotate 360°. The boom seat bears the labor intensity of manure suction pipe. There are cleaning holes on the outer diameter of the bending. When the manure suction hose or siphon is blocked, the cleaning hole cover can be opened to clear the blockage.
