Asphalt distributor truck refers to a tank type specialized truck equipped with insulation containers, asphalt pumps, heaters, and spraying systems for spraying asphalt. Its main components include high viscosity asphalt pump, generator, spraying cylinder, burner, heat transfer oil pump, radiator, hydraulic motor and heat transfer oil pump motor, pneumatic butterfly valve, globe valve, cab control panel, etc. The power take-off is responsible for driving the hydraulic system of the entire vehicle to ensure smooth operation of various functions. During the construction process, the electronic and pneumatic control systems will accurately control the flow rate of the asphalt pump, and evenly distribute the asphalt on the road surface through the clever coordination of pipelines, post spraying, and nozzles. In addition, the asphalt distributor truck also offers multiple optional configurations, each with different working principles to meet various construction needs

Both the intelligent and standard asphalt spraying rods adopt a three-stage folding structure, which can be adjusted up and down, and the spraying range can be expanded left and right, effectively avoiding obstacles. The ordinary spraying nozzles are manual and relatively easy to operate. Ordinary asphalt distributors are limited by their old-fashioned nozzles and are only suitable for specific types of asphalt, making it difficult to flexibly adjust the spraying amount, resulting in relatively high fuel consumption. Therefore, they are rarely used in practical applications. The working process is roughly as follows: after the power take-off is started, it drives the hydraulic pump, which in turn drives the hydraulic motor of the asphalt pump, making the asphalt pump start working.

On the basis of traditional standard models, intelligent asphalt distributors have introduced modern technology to improve management accuracy. Not only does it have all the functions of a standard sprinkler truck, but it also adds intelligent features such as automatic control system and GPS positioning system. With the support of these intelligent technologies, intelligent asphalt distribution vehicles can more accurately control the spraying amount, spraying speed, and spraying path, thereby improving work efficiency and construction quality.

The cleaning method of the tank body is generally equipped with pneumatic cleaning or diesel cleaning, and the insulation layer is made of rock wool material. The tank material is made of high-quality Q235 carbon steel, with a stainless steel coating on the surface of the tank and a 6-meter hose with a handheld spray gun. The spreading area of the asphalt distributor truck is equal to the tank volume divided by the amount of asphalt sprayed.

The asphalt spraying rod adopts a three-section folding structure. Double or multiple spraying can be realized by moving the spraying rod up and down. The spraying range can be expanded by moving the spraying rod left and right, and obstacles can be effectively avoided;

The manual spraying function allows the asphalt to be sprayed through the hand nozzle, which is flexible and convenient, and is suitable for small-scale and corner construction conditions. Get the gun in hand. Open the main oil outlet valve, open the transfer valve, open the oil return valve, and use the oil return valve to adjust the pressure of the spray gun.

There is a sedimentation sewage tank inside the asphalt tank, and is equipped with a liquid level display and alarm and safety devices;

Nozzle flushing This function can blow out the remaining asphalt from the nozzle through diesel fuel and high-pressure air to prevent the asphalt from freezing on the nozzle, which can greatly improve the service life of the nozzle. Close the main oil outlet valve, oil return valve, open the pneumatic valve, open the self-priming valve and open the nozzle in turn.

A good thermal insulation layer can ensure that the static thermal insulation performance index is less than or equal to 12°C/8 hours, and it is anti-corrosion and durable;
