Synchronous gravel seals are used for gravel seal processes in highway surfaces, bridge deck waterproofing, and lower seals. It is a special equipment that synchronizes the spraying of the asphalt binder and the spreading of the aggregate, so that there is the most sufficient surface contact between the asphalt binder and the aggregate to achieve the maximum cohesiveness between them.

Equipment composition and structural characteristics
The synchronous gravel truck is mainly composed of an asphalt spreading system, a stone spreading system, an electrical operating system, and an auxiliary system. Asphalt spraying system The spraying system is mainly composed of an asphalt tank, a heating part, a hydraulic part, a control part and a spraying part.
The outer wall of the asphalt tank is made of stainless steel frosted plate, and the insulation filler is added in the middle. The additional air control valve group outside the tank realizes the large and small circulation of the asphalt in the pipeline, and avoids the local overheating and aging of the asphalt.
The heating part of the heating device adopts imported burners and matching high-efficiency boilers, which have high combustion efficiency, good atomization effect, low fuel consumption, fast heating speed, safe and stable operation, etc. No manual monitoring is required to ensure that the asphalt in the pipeline can obtain an effective heating temperature.
The hydraulic part adopts the components of international famous brands (hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor) to ensure reliable transmission performance.
The control part uses encoders to accurately detect the vehicle speed and asphalt pump speed respectively to ensure the accuracy of spraying. The radar, encoder and main circuit switching components are all imported components. After setting the spraying amount, the PLC automatically calculates the vehicle speed and pump speed, realizes the automatic control of the spraying, and can recommend a reasonable speed for the driver.
The opening and closing of each nozzle in the spraying part is realized by the independent control of the air valve. Through the special pipeline design, the uniform pressure and good spraying effect are ensured.

Stone spreading system
The stone spreading system consists of a silo, a material gate control mechanism and a spreader. Inside the silo is installed with an inner shadow hidden central top flipping shaft, and a through shaft is used to ensure the stability of the silo lifting; the material door is controlled by 16 channels, and an angle helical angle controller is used to make the material door reach a certain opening. The opening angle of the material door can be set on the angle controller, which is very convenient and accurate. It can effectively adjust the uniformity of spreading, and change the uneven spreading of traditional stones; the adjustment range of the dividing plate and the blanking plate is large, and it is suitable for stones of different specifications (S3~S24mm).

Through the setting of the parameters on the display screen on the rear console, the continuous change of the actual measurement parameters can accurately reflect the operation of the equipment.
The manual operation is simple, and the manual/automatic switching can be realized, which improves the work efficiency.
The width of spraying asphalt and spreading stones can be adjusted at will according to the width of the road surface.
The limit switch device is used to control the rise and fall of the nozzle frame and the silo to avoid damage to the human and machine due to overtravel.
It is equipped with an automatic alarm device for heat transfer oil, which has the function of alarming the upper and lower limit of the material level, and the alarming and indicating function of the lower limit of the asphalt.
