There are "full sweep", "left sweep", "right sweep", "full sweep" and a variety of operation modes to choose from. Select the "full cleaning" mode to clean squares and pavements, with high cleaning efficiency and good effect, with a cleaning rate of more than 90%. Select "Sweep Left" or "Sweep Right" mode to clean pavement and curbs. When road sweeping or road cleaning is required, the road sweeping mode can be selected. When spray dust removal is required, the spray device can be turned on to carry out the spray dust removal operation. The road surface can be washed with low pressure like a sprinkler.
1. The power take-off on the side of the chassis gearbox drives the low-pressure water pump to realize the low-pressure flushing function of the sprinkler. The electronic control system of the special working device adopts PLC intelligent control, one-button operation start and stop operation.
2. The washing and sweeping vehicle is suitable for mechanized cleaning, sweeping, spraying and dust reduction of urban roads, highways, squares, airports, docks, tunnels, bridges, partition walls, curbs and curb stone facades.
3. The fresh water tank makes full use of the vehicle space and has a large volume, with a volume of 4m3. The waste bin adopts a single-layer stainless steel structure, tipping and discharging, with a high liquid level alarm protection device and a self-cleaning device. The self-cleaning device can help unload the waste bin and clean the inside of the waste bin.
4. The left and right vertical sweeping is a single sweeping disc, which reduces the number of sweeping brushes and the consumption of sweeping brushes, which can reduce the cost of use. The left and right vertical scans are controlled separately, which can realize the operation modes such as left and right full scans.
5. The width of the suction mouth of the wide suction nozzle reaches 2100mm, ensuring that the total width of the operation is greater than 2.8mm. Four height-adjustable nozzle wheels can adjust and ensure a reasonable gap between the nozzle and the road. There is a water spray rod in the suction nozzle, and as many high-pressure washing nozzles are arranged inside the suction nozzle as possible, not only the cleaning effect is good, but also the secondary pollution caused by the high-pressure water flow can be minimized. The left and right water spray rods are installed on the suction nozzles and rise and fall with the suction nozzles. The structure is simple and compact, ensuring that the height of the water spray rods from the ground is fixed and achieving the best cleaning effect.
6. The open hydraulic system drives the left and right vertical sweeping and lifting, the left and right sweeping disc rotation, the suction nozzle lifting, the opening and closing of the rear door of the garbage can, the tilting and reset of the garbage can and other mechanical movements.
